BASIC APPROACH

The Noritsu Koki Group, which is rooted in the manufacturing business, believes that in order to deliver on its Mission of “Prosperity for society and people,” a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality products that satisfy customers is the starting point of management. Group companies carry out quality management activities based on the Noritsu Koki Group Quality Management Policy and the quality management regulations of each Group company. By sharing case reports regarding quality and safety, and planning and implementing response measures in accordance with the Group’s common reporting standards, we strive to ensure both quality management across the Group and safety.

We are committed to ensuring product quality and safety, and have created a quality management system and continually improve on it to enhance the quality of our products.

We provide our employees with appropriate education and training to help them increase their understanding of product quality and safety, and to develop relevant expertise.

04Disclosure

We provide all stakeholders of the Noritsu Koki Group with appropriate information in a timely manner whenever any issue related to quality occurs.

05Building Trusted Partnerships

Based on trusted partnerships, we strive to maintain and improve product quality throughout the supply chain.

  • Hold monthly quality meetings, and conduct on-site quality audits of each manufacturing department annually (MIM Development Center conducted an ISO 9001 audit and two internal audits, and in 2023 only Teibow Nib Manufacturing (Changhsu) did not conduct an audit due to the COVID-19 pandemic)
