Noritsu Koki Co., Ltd. has received a “B” score in the Climate Change Report 2024 published by CDP, an independent provider of environmental disclosure system.
CDP is a global non-profit that collects, analyzes and discloses responses to questionnaires from companies, cities, and national and regional governments around the world related to climate change, forests and water security. Over 700 capital market signatories representing more than US$142 trillion assets request companies for their environmental disclosures through CDP, and more than 24,800 companies representing two-thirds of global market capitalization responded and reported to CDP in 2024.
The CDP score consists of eight levels (A、A-、B、B-、C、C-、D、D-), and a “B” score indicates that we are at the management level addressing the environmental impacts of our business and ensures good environmental management.
The Noritsu Koki Group considers responding to climate change is a material management issue and will keep on putting our efforts to this. We will strive to realize a sustainable society by proactive disclosure including responding to CDP and other disclosure requests, as well as enhancing information disclosure on our website, integrated reports and others.
